Nawal is an award winning multimedia artist specializing in Contemporary Egyptian Folklore, Lifestyle and Creativity Consultant. She has been teaching & practicing Yoga and Middle Eastern Dance for nearly 15 years, she is a registered Yoga Trainer E-RYT200/ RYT500 with Yoga Alliance who focuses YIN yoga, deep anatomy education and Gentle Hatha Yoga for body awareness, self care and maintenance. Since moving to Egypt Nawal has deepened her studies and practice of Egyptian folklore including Tannoura (Whirling) and Thatheeb (Upper Egyptian Stick Dance). She is also studying to be a dance movement therapist.
