The Time of Flavors - II

In this workshop we will start from the "Mazza", appetizers or tasty and inviting accompaniments, arriving at the central dishes, usually unique courses based on vegetables, cereals, but also meat and fish. Our meal often ends with desserts made from home recipes, based on sugar cane and rice.

For each recipe, each step will be explained and carried out with the participants, starting from the history and birthplace of the dishes, chosen according to the season and popular recurrences.

Each appointment will see the preparation of a recipe that we can then savor together, allowing ourselves time to stay in touch with calmer and more inhabited rhythms typical of southern cultures.

EL MASRY, will be an opportunity to experience moments of exchange together and to keep our eyes on the idea of Travel.
