With the expert guidance of Simonetta Ottone, you will explore:

Multiple proven movement techniques: from contemporary dance to Maria Fux's Dance Movement Therapy, from somatic movement to Breath and Voice, from vibrations to Sound and Music, to Meditative and Ritual Dances.

You will deepen your emotional, creative, and transformative process through practical and theoretical work involving important disciplines of nonverbal language officially recognized for personal development, well-being, education, rehabilitative, and preventive therapy.

Each Workshop is valid as an introduction to the Dance To Live Method® Professional Program pursuant to Law 4/13 for the Dance Movement Therapy Profession in Italy and Europe; the Program is also internationally accredited by IACAET and the Scientific Committee of Associazione Compagnia DanzArte (active in Italy since 1997). You can participate in one or more Workshops.
