Dance to live! This workshop is a great way to start learning and practicing Dance movement therapy and dive into it’s infinite possibilities for personal wellness & well-being

Dance To Live has its roots in Modern and Contemporary Dance, in Dance Theater, and the study of Body - Voice and Ethnic Dances growing with Maria Fux's Dance Therapy method

Discover an innovative activity, known and tested for about 60 years in Europe and the USA finally from Italy to Egypt with Simonetta Ottone

*No previous dance experience is required

*This course is for all levels, ages, and genders

11 - 16 March, Cairo ( 24 Hours)

17 - 19 March, @habibabeachlodge Nuweiba (26 h) - Practical and theoretical lessons:

• The well-being of the Body-Mind
• Dynamic meditation
• Dance in Nature
• Dance as a Rite: to improve the relationship with oneself and with others
