For the first time in Sinai, we bridge the ancient discipline of Yoga with the transformative power of Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) in a retreat open to all levels, designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self.
Led by two dedicated instructors:
Simonetta Ottone: Dance Therapist (20+ years of experience), International Trainer, Dancer since 1990, Choreographer, and founder of the International Academy Dance To Live® for DanceTherapy.
Hoda Elkoussi: Certified Yoga Teacher (800 hours in India), Pranic Healer, Chakra & Aura Healer, and Shakti Dance facilitator.
